Is the timezone overlap real?

Completely. EST creators (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal) have 1:1 timezone match. Upload 7pm, edit ready 8am. PST creators (Vancouver, Victoria) are 2 hours behind, so upload 7pm PST = 9pm EST for us, edit ready 8am EST (5am PST). Still morning for you. For Atlantic creators: you're 1 hour ahead, so upload 7pm = 6pm for us, edit ready 7–8am your time.

Do you invoice for GST/HST?

We invoice in CAD before tax. You add GST/HST if applicable to your province. We can also discuss whether Umbrella Creators' Colombian registration changes your tax situation — it's usually simplified for service imports, but ask your accountant.

Can I do a trial before committing?
