Balatro YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Crazz’s rule-twist 99 Nights runs; I haven’t edited Balatro videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.

9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Full runs to a win or a loss, “Balatro but…” rule twists (one Joker every ante, hand size = ante), challenge deck series, Balatro Multiplayer matches, mod showcases, update reactions
- Editing style
- What I would do for Balatro: keep every decision readable (the hand, the Jokers, the score), cut the shop browsing to the choice that matters, hold the big scoring hand in real time and keep a small ante counter on screen. Close to the way I cut Crazz’s rule-twist runs in 99 Nights
- Video length
- Balatro runs are long: Roffle Lite’s recent uploads run 38 minutes to almost 2 hours, Bean’s 37 minutes to over 2 hours and Balatro University’s 34 minutes to 1 hour 11 (measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most land in the $300 package or get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,277 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Balatro for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “99 Nights, But Every Day = Pelt Trader Upgrades” on Crazz (10.7K subscribers), 820K views; “I Got EVERY BADGE In ONE Run in 99 Nights in the Forest” on Crazz (10.7K subscribers), 3.3K views
My experience and Balatro, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,277+ videos and 152M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Balatro itself: reading a build on sight, knowing which Joker combos are strong and which hands score, and the multiplayer scene. My run and challenge work so far is in Roblox and Minecraft.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Balatro footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Rule-twist challenge runs every week for Crazz in 99 Nights in the Forest, the same shape as a “Balatro but…” video.
- A 41-minute worst-to-best ranking of every BedWars kit for BaconsOwnTheUniverse: the format of a Joker tier list.
What big Balatro channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos of Roffle Lite, Bean and Balatro University. Roffle Lite’s run from 38 minutes to almost 2 hours, Bean’s from 37 minutes to over 2 hours, and Balatro University’s from 34 minutes to 1 hour 11. These are not short highlight videos: they are whole runs, cut down but told from the first blind to the last. The formats that keep coming back:
- Rule twists on a run: “Balatro but You Get 1 Baron Every Ante”, a Joker or a card added every ante.
- Balatro Multiplayer, one player against another, with a twist: “Balatro Multiplayer But The Entire Deck Is 1 Random Card”.
- Challenge series on the hardest stakes and decks: Balatro University’s “C++, Black Deck ONLY” run of videos.
- Mods, all at once or one at a time: “I Downloaded Every Balatro Mod At The Same Time...”.
- Update videos and competitive play, such as Major League Balatro.
How I would edit your Balatro videos
No Balatro channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan for your run. Each point comes from work I already do: Crazz’s rule-twist runs, BaconsOwnTheUniverse’s worst-to-best ranking and the update videos I edit for Mud.
The run in one sentence, before the first blind
A Balatro title promises a rule or a result: one Baron every ante, a naneinf score, a Black Deck win. I would open on the moment that pays it off, the score climbing past the target or the run dying on the last hand, then go back to ante 1. What the title promises shows up in the first 30 seconds, as in every video I edit.
Every decision readable
Balatro is a game of choices, and viewers who do not play need to see them. I would zoom on the Joker you buy or sell, show the hand before you play it and keep your reasoning in full when you explain a pick, while the time spent hovering over cards goes. Crazz’s upgrade runs work the same way: the choice is the story.
The shop trimmed, the scoring hand kept whole
Most of a run is shopping and small blinds. I would trim rerolls and easy blinds to a few seconds each with a quick ante counter, then play the big scoring hand close to real time, chips and mult counting up, so the payoff lands. It is how I cut repeated attempts: the routine compressed, the moment that matters at full length.
One counter, the same in every episode
For a series (every challenge deck, every stake) I would keep the ante, the stake and the rule of the run in a small corner card that never moves, so a viewer who skips ahead knows where they are. A fixed counter in the same place and style is part of every series I edit.
Multiplayer cut as a duel
In Balatro Multiplayer both runs matter. I would cut between the two players at each blind, show both scores side by side before the reveal and save the last hand of the match for the end, the way I build the 1v1 videos I edit for goatt in Roblox Rivals.
Game audio low, your voice on top
Balatro’s music and card sounds loop for an hour. I would keep them low under your commentary, let the scoring sounds through on the big hands and save sound effects for the reactions, not every played card.
Chapters for a long run
A run of an hour or more gets YouTube chapters at each boss blind, so viewers can come back to it. Long uploads are familiar ground: Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies, the longest videos in my portfolio, run up to almost four hours.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Four long-form videos I edited, chosen because their format sits closest to a Balatro video: Crazz’s rule-twist and full runs, a worst-to-best ranking for BaconsOwnTheUniverse and an update video for Mud. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Balatro. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Balatro videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Balatro videos for a client yet. I edit rule-twist challenge runs for Crazz and update videos for Mud, and I edited a 41-minute worst-to-best ranking for BaconsOwnTheUniverse, all on my YT Jobs profile. To see my cut on your own Balatro footage before you pay, ask for the free 1-minute test edit.
Can you edit my Balatro videos?
Yes. Send one recorded run or a few minutes of it, with your commentary and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Can you make a 2-hour Balatro run watchable?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. I would trim the shop and the easy blinds, keep every decision you explain and play the big hands at full length, with chapters at each boss blind.
Can you edit my Balatro streams into videos?
Yes. Send the VOD and tell me which run you want. I would cut it to the run itself, keep the chat moments that add to it and drop the waiting between runs. More on my streamer editing page.
Will viewers who don’t play Balatro follow the video?
That is the aim of the edit: zooms on the Joker you pick, the hand shown before you play it and the score target on screen. A viewer should understand why a hand won without knowing the game.
How much does a Balatro YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
