Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?

Video types
Case and Armory openings, update and new game mode videos, pro challenges (a pro against bots, noobs against a pro, big custom matches), ranked games with well-known players, analysis and video essays, stream highlights
Editing style
What I would do for CS2: the best drop first, weak cases in a fast run with a case counter, the challenge rule on screen in one line, buy time and waiting cut, clutches cut on the shot. Cut like my Roblox Rivals news for Mud and goatt’s squad against the number 1 player
Video length
CS2 videos on big channels go from 4-minute news (3kliksphilip) to pro challenges of 30 minutes to almost 2 hours (ohnepixel); case openings run 13 to 18 minutes (Anomaly), measured on Oct 13, 2026. Openings land in the $150 package, long challenges in the $300 package or a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
Upload schedule
One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
Format
Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
What you send me
Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
Estimated price
About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
Channel size
From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
Turnaround
First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
Track record
Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.

Channel language
English or Spanish

Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
Closest proof

My experience and CS2, plainly

What big CS2 channels upload in 2026

Measured on October 13, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos of four big Counter-Strike channels (Anomaly, ohnepixel, 3kliksphilip and tarik), around the Season 5 Armory update, the new Rush game mode and the Steam Machine. Not every video on these channels is CS2: Anomaly also uploads travel vlogs and ohnepixel other games. The CS2 formats that keep coming back:

How I would edit your CS2 videos

I haven’t cut CS2 for a client, so this is how I would do it, built on what I already do every week for gaming channels, including a shooter, Roblox Rivals.

The best drop in the hook

In a case opening, the gold or the knife would show up in the first seconds as the promise, and the video builds back to it. What the title promises shows up early: the rule I follow on Rex & Alexa’s challenge videos.

Weak cases in a fast run, with a counter

The cases that drop nothing go by in a quick run, with a case counter and the money spent fixed in the same corner; the good drops play at full length with your reaction. It is how I cut repeated attempts in Roblox obby videos.

The challenge rule in one line

For “a pro against 10 bots” or “noobs against a pro”, the rule and the score go on screen at the start, and the round score stays in one corner for the whole video.

Buy time and waiting cut

Buy phases, waiting for the round to start and walking back would go; the commentary that links two rounds stays, so it still feels like one match. Loading screens get covered with B-roll.

Clutches cut on the shot

In a clutch I would cut on the frame of the shot and hold the reaction, instead of trimming it to save a second, and add one replay only when the round is worth seeing twice.

News first, and skins readable

For updates and new modes, the change goes on screen first and the explanation after, the order I use in Mud’s Roblox Rivals News. A new skin’s name and rarity would be written on screen the moment it appears, held long enough to read.

Long challenges with chapters

A 45-minute challenge gets chapters and a one-line reminder of what is at stake before each phase, and ends soon after the final round. Long videos are routine for me: Swaylemc’s full movies run up to almost four hours.

Closest real examples of my gaming work

These are long-form videos I edited, picked because their format is the closest to a CS2 video. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

None of these is CS2. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited CS2 videos before?

No, I haven’t edited CS2 videos for a client yet. My long-form gaming work is Roblox (Rex & Alexa, Mud), Minecraft (Puff, Swaylemc’s full movies), horror games and Madden tournaments, all listed on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own CS2 footage is how you judge my CS2 edit before paying anything.

Can you edit my CS2 videos?

Yes. Send a few minutes of raw CS2 footage and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.

Can you edit CS2 case opening videos?

Yes. I haven’t edited a CS2 case opening, but I would build it around the best drop, with the weak cases in a fast run and a case counter on screen. The free 1-minute test edit on your own opening footage shows you how it would look.

Do you edit CS2 frag movies and montages?

Not as my main work. Frag movies and short montages are a different job. I edit long-form YouTube videos; for CS2 that would be case openings, updates, challenges and analysis, and I can cut Shorts from them on request.

Can you edit long CS2 videos, an hour or more?

Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. The longest videos on my YT Jobs profile are Swaylemc’s full movies, which run up to almost four hours.

How much does a CS2 YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.

Send me your CS2 footage
