Da Hood YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Roblox Rivals PvP for Mud and goatt; I haven’t edited Da Hood videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Raiding sessions with the length in the title, duo raids and 2v2 ranked, catching or banning cheaters, handcam videos, storytime commentary about the community, trolling and montages cut as Shorts
- Editing style
- What I would do for Da Hood: fights cut on the shot with the hit sound, the stomp held, kill counters and chat rebuilt as captions, and handcam kept in a fixed corner. Close to the PvP and 1v1 edits I cut for Mud and goatt in Roblox Rivals
- Video length
- Da Hood videos run 10 minutes to over an hour (grave’s recent ones 9 to 19 minutes, sai’s 6 minutes to 1 hour 4, measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most land in the $150 or $300 package and long sessions get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Da Hood for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “Can ME, SharkTactics, and TheaBeasty take down the NUMBER 1 PLAYER in RIVALS!” on goatt (11.6K subscribers), 38.5K views; “1v1in Mud In Roblox Rivals!” on goatt (11.6K subscribers), 7.5K views
My experience and Da Hood, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Da Hood itself: its crews, settings and lock-on culture on sight, and the fast montage edits synced to music that Da Hood Shorts use. My PvP work so far is Roblox Rivals.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Da Hood footage, before you pay anything.
What Da Hood channels upload in October 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent videos of grave, sai and ukk. grave’s run from 9 to 19 minutes, sai’s from 6 minutes to 1 hour 4 and ukk’s long raids from 17 minutes to 1 hour 5. The formats that keep coming back:
- Raids with the length in the title: “Raiding In Da Hood for 16 minutes”, duo raids against cheaters.
- Cheaters and accusations: banning hackers as an admin, getting accused by a checkmark player.
- Handcam sessions and ranked 2v2.
- Commentary on the game and its community: “The Future Of Da Hood..”, “Is Dahood Coming Back..?”.
- Montages, almost always as Shorts of about a minute.
How I would edit your Da Hood videos
No Da Hood channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan for your video. Each point comes from work I already do: the PvP and 1v1 edits for Mud and goatt in Roblox Rivals and Mud’s hacker news.
The best fight before the intro
A raid title promises a session; viewers stay for one fight. I would open on the cleanest multi-kill or the funniest accusation for a few seconds, then start the raid.
Fights cut on the shot
Da Hood fights are fast. I would cut on each hit, add a sound to the important ones, hold the stomp for a beat and make the health readable, the way I cut the fights in goatt’s and Mud’s Roblox Rivals 1v1s.
Dead time out, the session kept whole
Walking to the next fight and respawning are cut, but the run still feels like one raid: I keep the commentary that links two fights and a small counter for kills or time.
Chat and accusations as captions
When someone calls you a cheater, the chat is the story. I would rebuild the key lines as big captions and keep voice chat clean and levelled.
Handcam in a fixed corner
For handcam videos I would sync the camera to the game, keep it in the same corner every time and enlarge it only when the hands are the point.
Stories told over the footage
For a commentary or storytime video I would build the edit on your voice, with clips and screenshots that prove each claim, as in Mud’s Roblox Rivals hacker news.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
PvP and news videos I edited in Roblox, chosen because their format is the closest to Da Hood: fast fights, 1v1s and hacker stories. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Da Hood. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Da Hood videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Da Hood videos for a client yet. I edit Roblox Rivals PvP, 1v1s and hacker news for Mud and goatt, all on my YT Jobs profile. To see my cut on your own Da Hood raid before you pay, ask for the free 1-minute test edit.
Can you edit my Da Hood videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of raw Da Hood footage and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to hour-long sessions, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Can you edit an hour-long raid or ranked session?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. I would cut the dead time, keep every fight and add chapters so viewers can jump to the best part.
Do you make Da Hood montages?
I can cut Shorts from your long videos with the best fights. Music-synced montages are not in my portfolio yet, so the free 1-minute test is the best way to judge that style.
How much does a Da Hood YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
