Destiny 2 YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Mud’s weekly Roblox Rivals News; I haven’t edited Destiny 2 videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Build showcases, weekly Xur and vendor videos, news and Bungie commentary, exotic and weapon rankings, solo raid and dungeon runs, retrospectives and history videos
- Editing style
- What I would do for Destiny 2: the build’s damage number or the boss melting first, the stats and perks zoomed in, menus kept only as long as it takes to read them, and news cut in the order I use in Mud’s Roblox Rivals News. Close to that news work and to the PvP videos I edit for goatt
- Video length
- Aztecross’ recent videos run 11 to 41 minutes, and Datto uploads rankings of about 45 minutes next to raid vaults of 2 hours or more (measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most land in the $150 or $300 package and long raids get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,277 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Destiny 2 for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “NEW RANKED UPDATE... (Roblox Rivals News) 🔥” on Mud (1.26M subscribers), 83.4K views; “SECRET Skin Update...... (Roblox Rivals News) + New Code” on Mud (1.26M subscribers), 609.8K views
My experience and Destiny 2, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,277+ videos and 152M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Destiny 2 itself: builds, perks, raid mechanics and the community’s history with Bungie. My shooter and news work so far is in Roblox Rivals.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Destiny 2 footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Weekly Roblox Rivals News for Mud since March 2025, about 3 a week: the update and code rhythm of Destiny’s weekly resets.
- A worst-to-best ranking of every BedWars kit for BaconsOwnTheUniverse, the format of an exotic ranking.
What big Destiny 2 channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos of Aztecross and Datto. Aztecross’ videos run 11 to 41 minutes; Datto mixes rankings of about 45 minutes, a retrospective of almost 3 hours and raid vaults that run for hours. The formats that keep coming back:
- Builds and the meta: “This Build Almost Made Me Quit”, and every day new build guides from smaller channels.
- News and commentary about Bungie and the game’s future: “Bungie Is Hiring?”, “The Bungie Vagueposting Situation Is Crazy”.
- Rankings: “I ranked every Hunter exotic armor in Destiny 2.”.
- History and retrospectives: “Datto’s Destiny Retrospective: A History of Destiny”.
- Weekly vendor videos (Xur, Zavala) and solo raid or dungeon guides.
How I would edit your Destiny 2 videos
No Destiny 2 channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Mud’s Roblox Rivals News, goatt’s PvP videos and BaconsOwnTheUniverse’s worst-to-best ranking.
The damage number first
A build title promises power. I would open on the moment that proves it, the boss health bar dropping or a room cleared in seconds, then explain the build. What the title and thumbnail promise shows up in the first 30 seconds.
Builds made readable
A build is perks, mods and an exotic. I would zoom on each piece as you name it, keep it on screen long enough to read, and show it working in gameplay right after, so the explanation and the proof sit side by side.
News in a fixed order
For news I would use the order I use in Mud’s Roblox Rivals News: the news on screen first, then why it matters to players, then the details and your take. Short, the same every week, so regular viewers know where to look.
Rankings with a running list
For a ranking of every exotic or weapon I would keep the tier list building in a corner as you go and reveal each tier with the same graphic, as in the worst-to-best ranking I cut for BaconsOwnTheUniverse.
Raids and dungeons: the mechanic, then the fight
In a solo raid or dungeon video I would explain each mechanic with a short label or arrow, compress the wipes into a quick montage with a try counter and play the clear close to real time. Long runs get chapters by encounter.
PvP cut on the kill
For Crucible or PvP I would cut on the shot, slow the moment that decides the fight and put a sound on the important kills, as in the fight edits for goatt and Mud in Roblox Rivals.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Four long-form videos I edited, chosen because their format sits closest to a Destiny 2 video: two Roblox Rivals News episodes for Mud, a ranking for BaconsOwnTheUniverse and a team PvP video for goatt. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Destiny 2. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Destiny 2 videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Destiny 2 videos for a client yet. I edit weekly Roblox Rivals News for Mud and PvP videos for goatt, and I edited a 41-minute worst-to-best ranking for BaconsOwnTheUniverse, all on my YT Jobs profile. To see my cut on your own Destiny 2 footage before you pay, ask for the free 1-minute test edit.
Can you edit my Destiny 2 videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of one recorded build, run or match, with your commentary and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Can you turn around Destiny 2 news fast?
Yes. After the first video, edits come back in 1 to 2 days, and news can go faster when you tell me the deadline. Mud’s Roblox Rivals News goes up about three times a week.
Can you edit a raid or dungeon run of several hours?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. I would cut the wipes, keep the clears, add chapters by encounter and labels for the mechanics.
Do you edit other shooters?
Yes. My Call of Duty page and ARC Raiders page explain how I would cut them. My real shooter work is Roblox Rivals for Mud and goatt.
How much does a Destiny 2 YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
