The result, shown early
A Heartopia title promises a result: every Sanrio character, Dress To Impress rebuilt, a finished house. A glimpse of it in the first seconds tells the viewer why to stay; the full reveal comes at the end.
Menus and placing, in short montages
Picking items, placing furniture and changing outfits take real time. I would keep the decisions and your comments and fold the rest into short montages with the music.
Before and after, side by side
For a build or a makeover, the same angle before and after, side by side or with a wipe, is the payoff.
A calm pace, with your humor
A cozy game asks for softer music and fewer effects than a horror video: the memes and sound effects go on your jokes, not on every cut.
Late-night videos with tension
A “3 AM” video borrows from horror: quieter sound, the build-up kept and the surprise held a beat, the same format as ashlele’s 3 AM videos in Dress To Impress.
Shorts from each video
One outfit, one room or one surprise becomes a vertical Short with captions that points to the long video.
