Real estate YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor: you send your raw footage, I cut it and add music, text and Shorts. My closest work is Scarlett Mae’s Japan vlog and Erin Marie’s lessons to camera; I haven’t edited real estate videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test. $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Property and home tours, neighborhood guides, market updates to camera, city guides for people moving, agent and investor vlogs, renovation before and after, first-time buyer explainers
- Editing style
- What I would do for real estate: the tour in the order a buyer would walk it, room names and the facts you give on screen, steady shots kept and shaky ones cut, and a clear ending with how to contact you
- Video length
- I edit from 8-minute videos to feature-length. Up to 20 minutes is the $150 package and up to 35 minutes the $300 one; longer videos get a custom quote. Scarlett Mae’s Japan vlog runs 17 minutes and Alli Ingram’s episodes 7 to 17; Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- All your clips and audio from the shoot; I build the story.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,277 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited real estate videos for a client yet. Closest filmed work: “I Became a GYARU ANGEL in Japan for 24 Hours” on Scarlett Mae (297K subscribers), 971.9K views; “Awkard 😳First Kiss Misses | First Kiss 💋 Summer Ep 101” on Alli Ingram (743K subscribers), 116.5K views
My experience with real estate videos, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,277+ videos and 152M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. My work with filmed footage: lessons to camera that I edit for English by Erin Marie, Scarlett Mae’s 24-hour challenge vlog filmed in Japan (297K subscribers), which I edited, and Alli Ingram’s First Kiss Summer series (743K), which I edited too.
- Not proven yet: Real estate videos for a client, and the facts themselves: I don’t check prices, laws or listings, so every figure on screen comes from you. Drone and twilight property shoots are not in my portfolio yet.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own footage, before you pay anything.
How I would edit your real estate videos
I haven’t edited a real estate channel yet, so this is my plan for your footage, built on the vlogs, the scripted series and the lessons to camera I have edited.
A tour in the order you walk it
Front door, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, outside: the order a buyer would walk, so the viewer builds the floor plan in their head. Room names go on screen as you enter.
Facts you say, written
Price, size, number of rooms or the date of a market figure appear on screen when you say them, taken from your notes. I never add a number you didn’t give me.
Market updates to camera
For updates to camera, pauses and retakes come out, and each point gets a short card or a simple chart built from your figures, so the update is quick to follow.
Smooth movement
Shaky handheld moments are cut or steadied where possible, and slow moves on photos fill the gaps where you only have stills of a room.
Shorts from each tour
One room or one surprising detail becomes a vertical Short with captions, pointing to the full tour.
Closest real examples of my work
Three videos I edited from recorded footage: a challenge vlog, an episode of a scripted series and a lesson to camera. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
These are not real estate videos, but they are the closest recorded work I’ve edited. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026, or from my YT Jobs profile for the newest videos; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited real estate videos before?
No, I haven’t edited real estate videos for a client yet. My closest work with recorded footage: Scarlett Mae’s 24-hour challenge vlog filmed in Japan and Alli Ingram’s First Kiss Summer series, both edited by me, and lessons to camera that I edit for English by Erin Marie, all on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own footage is how you judge my cut before paying anything.
Can you edit my real estate videos?
Yes. Send the raw footage of one video (all the clips, plus the separate audio if you recorded it) and one video whose style you like, and I edit one minute for free. I cut Shorts from the long video too if you want them.
Do you edit listing videos for agents?
Yes, as long as they are long-form YouTube videos: tours, neighborhood guides and market updates. Send the footage and your notes on the property; the figures on screen come only from them.
Can you add music without copyright problems?
I use music from a library you have a license for, or tracks you send me, and I don’t use songs whose rights are unclear.
How much does a YouTube editor for real estate videos cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
