Start with a free 1-minute test edit.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- New floors and updates played the week they come out (The Stairwell, The Archives), every floor in one run without dying, floor and badge guides, myth tests and secrets, viewer challenges and self-imposed rules, floor rankings, DOORS fan games
- Editing style
- What I would do for DOORS: the warning kept before every scare (the flicker before Rush, the eyes before Seek), a door counter that never moves, retries folded into one montage and myth tests in one repeated order. The pacing of my Roblox horror for DakBlox and Rex & Alexa and of Mud’s myth-busting video
- Video length
- DOORS videos run 6 to 90 minutes on the five channels I measured (median 19 across 29 recent DOORS videos, Oct 13, 2026): 13 run 16 minutes or less (the $55 or $150 package), 8 run 16 to 35 (the $150 or $300 one) and 8 run longer, mostly full walkthroughs and runs, which get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Roblox DOORS for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “Surviving Minecraft’s Most TERRIFYING Hotel… DOORS” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 42.8K views; “FINALLY PLAYING DANDY'S WORLD... (its so good)” on DakBlox (82.6K subscribers), 75.2K views
My experience and Roblox DOORS, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: DOORS-specific judgment: knowing every entity, floor secret, seed and badge route on sight, and which myth is worth testing. I haven’t built that on client work yet.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Roblox DOORS footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Roblox horror is a regular part of my work: Forsaken, Dandy’s World and Poppy Playtime Roblox games for DakBlox, and duo horror such as Quiet or Die and Hide or Die for Rex & Alexa.
What DOORS channels upload in October 2026
Measured on October 13, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos of five channels that play DOORS: 8-BitRyan, RodrigoMC10, HiBOYS, PEPZER and FelipeElSonsoxd. By title, 29 of those 60 videos were DOORS: 11 of FelipeElSonsoxd’s 12, 10 of HiBOYS’s, 5 of RodrigoMC10’s, 2 of PEPZER’s and 1 of 8-BitRyan’s. They run 6 to 90 minutes, with a median of 19; most of the newest are about The Stairwell, and The Archives comes up in the ones from a month or more earlier. Roblox’s own counters showed 28,440 people playing DOORS at that moment (the game’s Roblox page). Its visit counter was past 7.87 billion. The formats that keep coming back:
- A new floor or update, played the week it comes out: 8-BitRyan’s Stairwell video runs 39 minutes.
- Every floor in one run without dying: HiBOYS’s latest runs an hour and 17 minutes.
- Guides to beat a floor or unlock a badge, from 7 minutes to over an hour; RodrigoMC10’s full walkthrough of The Archives runs an hour and a half.
- Myth tests and secrets: PEPZER’s “Busting 19 Myths in Doors The STAIRWELL” (21 minutes) and his 31 myths of The Archives (35); FelipeElSonsoxd tests myths and rare seeds in about 8.
- Viewer challenges and self-imposed rules, such as playing without hiding from the entities.
- Floor rankings and DOORS fan games: HiBOYS’s fan-game run lasts 51 minutes.
How I would edit your DOORS videos
I haven’t cut Roblox DOORS for a client, so this is how I would do it, built on the Roblox horror I edit for DakBlox and Rex & Alexa and on Puff’s Minecraft run through the DOORS hotel.
A door counter and a floor card that never move
DOORS keeps score in doors, so I would keep a small door counter in the same corner of every episode, next to a floor card (The Hotel, The Archives, The Stairwell) designed once and reused. When a stretch of empty rooms gets cut, the counter jumps and the viewer still knows how far the run got. It is the same idea as the try counter I keep in Roblox obby videos.
Keep the warning, cut on the entity
In DOORS the warning is the gameplay: the lights flicker before Rush, eyes cover the walls before Seek’s chase. I would keep the warning and the sprint to the closet whole, cut on the first frame where the entity is readable, and hold your reaction without trimming the scream. It is the scare rhythm of the Roblox horror games I edit for DakBlox.
Figure’s library: the code hunt short, the footsteps loud
The library is long and quiet: books to search, hints to collect, a padlock to solve while Figure listens for you. I would fold the searching into a few cuts, keep every hint you find and the moment the code works, and keep Figure’s steps clear under your voice, because sound is how that room is played. Rex & Alexa’s Quiet or Die runs on the same silent tension.
Deaths: the first one whole, the rest folded
If a run dies at Seek or in the library, I would show that first death whole, with what killed you named on screen, so the viewer learns the rule. The next attempts fold into a quick montage that shows the door each one reached, and the run that gets through plays close to real time. Repeated attempts get the same treatment in my Roblox obby work.
Myth tests: the claim, the test, the verdict
For a myth video like PEPZER’s, every myth would get the same three beats: the claim on screen, the test at real speed and a clear true or false card, with a running myth counter so the list feels like it is moving. Mud’s “I Busted 21 STUPID MYTHS…” in Roblox Rivals is that format, myth after myth.
Guides and badges: the result first, then the route
For a guide to beat The Archives or unlock a badge, I would show the result first (the badge popping, the floor cleared), then the route step by step with the door number on screen, plus YouTube chapters so a viewer stuck at one door can jump straight there. Putting the new thing first is the order I use in Mud’s Roblox Rivals News.
Hour-long full runs, one chapter per floor
A run of every floor without dying would get one chapter per floor, a short line at each floor change about what is still ahead, and the same floor card as every other episode. Puff’s run through the Minecraft remake of the DOORS hotel, 35 minutes with a friend, is the closest long video I have.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Long-form videos I edited, picked because their format is the closest to a Roblox DOORS video: DOORS remade in Minecraft, Roblox horror, duo horror, myth tests and update news. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Roblox DOORS. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Roblox DOORS videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Roblox DOORS videos for a client yet. The closest video I have is Puff’s run through DOORS remade in Minecraft, and my Roblox work includes horror games for DakBlox and Rex & Alexa, all on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own DOORS footage shows you how I would cut it.
Can you edit my Roblox DOORS videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of a raw DOORS run, ideally one with a death or a chase in it, and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10-minute guides to full runs of over an hour, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Have you edited the Minecraft version of DOORS?
Yes, once: Puff’s “Surviving Minecraft’s Most TERRIFYING Hotel… DOORS”, a 35-minute duo run through the DOORS hotel remade in Minecraft. It is not Roblox, but the hotel, the hiding and the goal of reaching the last door are the same, which is why it leads my examples.
Do you edit other Roblox horror games and DOORS fan games?
Other Roblox horror, yes: Forsaken and Dandy’s World for DakBlox, and Quiet or Die, Hide or Die and Roblox FNAF for Rex & Alexa (see my Roblox horror editing page). DOORS fan games are not in my portfolio yet; they would get the same treatment as a DOORS run.
Can you edit a full run of every floor, an hour or more?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. I would split a full run into chapters by floor, so it stays easy to follow from the first door to the last.
How much does a Roblox DOORS YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
