Sleep and meditation YouTube video editor
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor: you send the voice recording, I edit it over calm, licensed images with even sound. My closest work is narrated documentaries for The Spy Show; I haven’t edited sleep and meditation videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test. $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits.

Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Sleep stories read over calm images, guided meditations, long ambient videos, slow history to fall asleep to, rain and nature sounds with visuals, breathing exercises
- Editing style
- What I would do for sleep and meditation: long, slow images with no sudden cuts, no bright flashes, a steady volume with no jumps, a darker ending and the voice always clear
- Video length
- I edit from 8-minute videos to feature-length. Up to 20 minutes is the $150 package and up to 35 minutes the $300 one; longer videos get a custom quote. The Spy Show’s Eli Cohen episode runs 21 minutes and The Interpreter’s Tenerife documentary 13; Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- A finished script and narration (script and voiceover). I edit and find the visuals: archive footage, licensed stock, maps, timelines and graphics.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,277 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.

My experience with sleep and meditation videos, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,277+ videos and 152M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. My narrated documentary work: I edit The Spy Show, a spy-history series by Vincent Meijer, and I delivered The Interpreter’s documentary on the Tenerife air disaster (78K subscribers).

- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own script and voiceover, before you pay anything.
How I would edit your sleep and meditation videos
I haven’t edited a sleep or meditation channel yet, so this is my plan for your recording, built on the slow moves and steady narration of my documentary work.
No sudden cuts
Slow dissolves between long images, never a hard cut or a flash that wakes the viewer.
Even sound
The voice at a steady level with no peaks, the music or the rain underneath at a level that doesn’t jump, checked from start to end.
Images that calm
Landscapes, night skies, slow water: licensed stock or your own footage, without text or logos that pull the eye.
A darker ending
The last minutes fade to a darker image, so the screen doesn’t light up the room.
Long videos, checked
For videos of an hour or more, I check the whole timeline for gaps, jumps in volume and repeated clips before delivery.
Closest real examples of my work
Two narrated documentaries I worked on, chosen because a sleep story is built the same way: a voice first, then an image for every line.
These are not sleep and meditation videos, but the closest work I’ve edited. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

Can you edit videos of several hours?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. Tell me the length and the style of images, and I quote after the free 1-minute test.
Do you use music with a license?
