Street interview YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor: you send your raw footage, I cut it and add music, text and Shorts. My closest work is Scarlett Mae’s Japan vlog and Erin Marie’s lessons to camera; I haven’t edited street interviews for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test. $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Street interviews and vox pops, questions to strangers, quizzes in the street, dating and money questions, interviews at events, sit-down interviews, long interviews cut to the best answers
- Editing style
- What I would do for interviews: the question on screen, the best answers first, the awkward pause kept when it is funny, captions for every person, and a fast pace from one person to the next
- Video length
- I edit from 8-minute videos to feature-length. Up to 20 minutes is the $150 package and up to 35 minutes the $300 one; longer videos get a custom quote. Scarlett Mae’s Japan vlog runs 17 minutes and Alli Ingram’s episodes 7 to 17; Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- All your clips and audio from the shoot; I build the story.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,277 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited street interviews for a client yet. Closest filmed work: “I Became a GYARU ANGEL in Japan for 24 Hours” on Scarlett Mae (297K subscribers), 971.9K views; “Awkard 😳First Kiss Misses | First Kiss 💋 Summer Ep 101” on Alli Ingram (743K subscribers), 116.5K views
My experience with street interviews, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,277+ videos and 152M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. My work with filmed footage: lessons to camera that I edit for English by Erin Marie, Scarlett Mae’s 24-hour challenge vlog filmed in Japan (297K subscribers), which I edited, and Alli Ingram’s First Kiss Summer series (743K), which I edited too.
- Not proven yet: Interview channels for a client, and consent: you handle the permission of each person on camera; I blur the faces you tell me to.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own footage, before you pay anything.
How I would edit your street interviews
I haven’t edited an interview channel yet, so this is my plan for your footage.
The question on screen
The question goes up as a card before the first answer, so a viewer who joins late knows what is being asked.
Best answers first
From a day of interviews I pick the answers that land and order them so the video builds, with strong ones near the start and the end.
Captions for every voice
Street sound is noisy: captions for every answer, and each voice cleaned as much as the recording allows.
The pause that makes it
An awkward silence or a laugh before the answer is often the joke. I keep it.
Blur when asked
Faces, plates or signs you tell me to hide get blurred.
Closest real examples of my work
Three videos I edited from recorded footage: a challenge vlog, an episode of a scripted series and a lesson to camera. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
These are not street interviews, but they are the closest recorded work I’ve edited. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026, or from my YT Jobs profile for the newest videos; links open the video on YouTube.

Can you edit my street interviews?
Yes. Send the raw footage of one video (all the clips, plus the separate audio if you recorded it) and one video whose style you like, and I edit one minute for free. I cut Shorts from the long video too if you want them.
Can you edit long sit-down interviews too?
Yes. A long interview is cut to the strongest answers, with chapters and the B-roll you send over the parts that need it.

Yes. One answer per Short, vertical, with large captions.
