Minecraft ARG YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Puff’s creepypasta-style horror mods (lost players, worlds that “shouldn’t exist”); I haven’t edited Minecraft ARG videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Found footage of a strange world or player, investigations of real ARGs, iceberg explainers, “the player who…” stories, ARGs built for friends or other creators, lost and corrupted worlds
- Editing style
- What I would do for an ARG: a found footage look kept readable, clues held long enough to pause on, the narration on top with a documentary rhythm, fake glitches that look like the game and silence instead of music. Close to the way I cut Puff’s creepypasta-style horror
- Video length
- ARG and creepypasta videos on big channels run about 25 minutes to 1 hour 40 (Zachobuilds’ recent uploads 24 to 47 minutes, RetroGamingNow’s 20 minutes to 1 hour 41, measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most land in the $300 package or get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Minecraft ARG for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “Finding The Player Who Shouldn’t Exist” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 27.9K views; “The Terrifying Search for a Lost Minecraft Player” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 22.7K views
My experience and Minecraft ARG, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Building an ARG’s puzzles and hidden messages, and the found footage style itself. My closest work is horror mods with creepypasta stories and narrated documentaries.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft ARG footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Creepypasta stories are a regular part of my work for Puff: lost players, cursed worlds and things that “shouldn’t exist”.
- Narrated documentaries: I edit The Spy Show’s spy-history series, where the voiceover carries the story.
What big Minecraft ARG channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from YouTube search and the 12 most recent videos of Zachobuilds, RetroGamingNow and Kavu. Zachobuilds’ run from 24 to 47 minutes and RetroGamingNow’s from 20 minutes to 1 hour 41. The formats that repeat:
- Found footage stories: “Finding The End Of The Skin Caves” (Zachobuilds, a week ago) and “The Player Who Learned They Aren’t Real”.
- Iceberg explainers: “The Uncanny Minecraft Iceberg” (RetroGamingNow, eight days ago, 56 minutes).
- Investigations of real ARGs: “This Unsolved 2-Year Old Minecraft ARG Has Finally Advanced” (Kavu, a channel with only a few uploads).
- ARGs made for other people: “I Trapped Youtubers Into Your Minecraft ARGs” (Joost Joe, a day ago).
They are told like documentaries: a narrator, evidence on screen and a slow build to the reveal.
How I would edit your Minecraft ARG videos
No ARG client has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Puff’s creepypasta-style horror mods and the narrated spy documentaries I edit for The Spy Show.
Found footage that stays readable
An old-version look, compression or a camcorder frame sells the story, but only if viewers can still read the signs and chat. I would grade the found footage and the present-day parts differently and keep each look the same all the way through.
Clues held long enough to pause
ARG viewers pause and screenshot. A sign, a book page, coordinates or a username stays on screen long enough to read, with a slow zoom, and the important ones come back in the recap.
The narrator carries it
These videos are documentaries about a world. I would build the edit on your voiceover, give every line the shot that proves it and leave a pause after the lines that land, as I do in The Spy Show’s narrated episodes.
Glitches that look like the game
Corruption, missing textures and frames that should not be there: I would make them look like Minecraft breaking, not like an editing effect, and use them rarely so each one counts.
Silence instead of music
A low hum, the world’s own sounds and long silences do more than a score. The music comes in only for the reveal, and drops out a second before it.
Tiers and chapters for long investigations
For an iceberg or an investigation I would mark each tier or piece of evidence with the same card and YouTube chapters, so an hour-long video can be followed and revisited.
Hidden frames, if the story needs them
If your ARG hides clues in the video itself, a single frame, a message in the audio or a code in the description, I would place them exactly where your script says and keep a list for you.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Six videos from my work for Puff, Swaylemc and The Spy Show, chosen because their format sits closest to an ARG: creepypasta-style Minecraft horror and a narrated documentary. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

FAQ
Have you edited Minecraft ARG videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Minecraft ARG videos for a client yet. My long-form gaming work is Roblox (Rex & Alexa, Mud), Minecraft (Puff, Swaylemc’s full movies), horror games and Madden tournaments, all listed on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft ARG footage is how you judge my Minecraft ARG edit before paying anything.
Can you edit my Minecraft ARG videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of raw footage and your narration or script and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Can you make Minecraft footage look like old found footage?
Yes. Tell me the era and the source you want it to look like (an old version, a recorded livestream, a camcorder) and I keep that look consistent, readable and separate from the present-day parts.
Do you edit iceberg and investigation videos from a script?
Yes. Send the script and the recordings; I build the edit on your narration, with a card for each tier and chapters for the whole video.
Is this the same as your horror mod page?
Close. My horror mod page is about playing a horror mod with friends; ARGs are told stories, with a narrator, evidence and a mystery.
How much does a Minecraft ARG YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
