Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?

Video types
Hardcore ironman and group ironman episodes, locked account series (one area, one skill, one tile at a time), boss grinds and first kills, money-making and goldfarming stories, full series and full movies, update and Jagex news videos
Editing style
What I would do for OSRS: the drop, the death or the first kill shown first, hours of grinding turned into a short montage with a kill count or XP counter, and the episode number and account rules in one card that never moves. Close to the way I cut Puff’s hardcore survival series
Video length
OSRS episodes run long: B0aty’s hardcore series runs about 20 to 37 minutes an episode, 9Rain’s 28 minutes to 1 hour 19 and EVScape’s 38 minutes to full series of 8 hours (measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most land in the $300 package and full series get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
Upload schedule
One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
Format
Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
What you send me
Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
Estimated price
About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
Channel size
From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
Turnaround
First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
Track record
Proven YouTube results: 1,277 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.

My experience and Old School RuneScape, plainly

Why me

What big Old School RuneScape channels upload in 2026

Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos of B0aty, 9Rain and EVScape. B0aty’s numbered hardcore episodes run about 20 to 37 minutes, 9Rain’s 28 minutes to 1 hour 19, and EVScape uploads both one-hour episodes and full series of 8 hours. The formats that keep coming back:

How I would edit your Old School RuneScape videos

No OSRS channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Puff’s hardcore survival series, Crazz’s restricted runs in 99 Nights and Swaylemc’s full movies.

The drop or the death before the grind

An OSRS episode builds to one moment: the pet, the first boss kill, the near death on a hardcore. I would open on a few seconds of it, then go back to where the episode starts, so the promise is paid in the first 30 seconds.

Hours of grinding in a minute

The grind is the point, but nobody watches it at full length. I would turn long sessions into a short montage with a kill count, XP or hours counter climbing, keep the moments where something changes and let your commentary carry the time. It is how I compress repeated attempts: the routine fast, the result at full length.

The account rules always on screen

Locked accounts and ironman series live on their rules. I would keep the rule of the account (one area, no trading, one life) and the episode number in a small card that never moves, the same in every episode, so new viewers understand the challenge in a second.

Danger on a hardcore, played whole

On a one-life account the near death is the show. I would cut the run-up short, then play the dangerous fight close to real time, make the health bar readable and hold your reaction whole, as I do in Puff’s hardcore Minecraft videos where one mistake ends the run.

Interface made readable

OSRS is small on screen. I would zoom on the drop, the inventory or the stat that matters, keep it there long enough to read and add a short label for viewers who have never played, without covering the gameplay.

Series, finales and full series

Each episode would end on the next goal, and the finale on the payoff of the whole series. For a full series I would join the episodes, cut repeated intros, add chapters and level the loudness, the way Swaylemc’s full movies hold for up to almost four hours.

Closest real examples of my gaming work

Four long-form videos I edited, chosen because their format sits closest to an OSRS series: Puff’s hardcore survival, two restricted runs for Crazz and a full movie for Swaylemc. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

None of these is Old School RuneScape. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited Old School RuneScape videos before?

No, I haven’t edited Old School RuneScape videos for a client yet. I edit long hardcore survival series for Puff, restricted challenge runs for Crazz and Swaylemc’s full movies, all on my YT Jobs profile. To see my cut on your own Old School RuneScape footage before you pay, ask for the free 1-minute test edit.

Can you edit my Old School RuneScape videos?

Yes. Send a few minutes of one recorded session, with your commentary and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.

Can you turn my OSRS episodes into a full series?

Yes, it gets a custom quote. I would join the episodes, cut repeated intros and recaps, add chapters by episode or goal and keep one style of cards from start to finish.

How do you make a grind interesting to watch?

By showing progress, not time: a counter that climbs, the moments where something changes and your commentary over a fast montage. The drop or the kill at the end plays at full length.

Do you edit RuneScape 3 too?

Yes, the same way. I haven’t edited RuneScape 3 for a client yet either, so the free 1-minute test on your footage is the place to start.

How much does an Old School RuneScape YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
