Video types
Red Dead RP and RedM trolling (fake characters, impersonating staff, angry roleplayers), server stories and bans, hundred-day and wanted-man challenges, living a normal life in Red Dead Online, roleplay movies, story essays about Arthur and John
Editing style
What I would do for Red Dead: the character and the plan set up before the target arrives, every line of voice chat subtitled, the reaction held in full, the western score under the rides and the meme sounds only on the punchline. Close to HyperCookiie’s disguise trolls and Todd’s Brookhaven RP
Video length
Red Dead RP trolling videos run short for long-form: Sterling’s 12 latest 10 to 24 minutes (median about 14), Elijah Wordly’s 10 to 57 (median about 22), while Arean’s challenge videos run 17 minutes to almost an hour and a half (measured on Oct 18, 2026). Most land in the $150 package; challenges and RP movies get the $300 package or a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
Upload schedule
One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
Format
Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
What you send me
Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
Estimated price
About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
Channel size
From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)

My experience and Red Dead Redemption 2, plainly

What big Red Dead channels upload in October 2026

Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos on three channels: Sterling, Elijah Wordly and Arean. Two kinds of Red Dead video dominate.

The trolling videos follow one shape: a character with a lie, a target who takes it seriously, the reaction, and often the ban at the end.

How I would edit your Red Dead Redemption 2 videos

No Red Dead creator has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. It comes from roleplay and trolling stories I edited in Roblox (HyperCookiie’s disguises, Todd’s Brookhaven RP), Crazz’s day-count challenges and Swaylemc’s full movies.

The lie before the target

A troll works when viewers know the plan before the victim does. I would open on the best reaction for a few seconds, then go back and set up the character, the costume and the plan in one or two lines, so every scene after it plays as a payoff.

Every line of voice chat, subtitled

Roleplay is talk: accents, arguments, a judge losing patience. I would subtitle both sides, raise quieter players under your voice and keep each exchange whole until the line that breaks the target. A reaction is never trimmed to save a second.

Western score, memes only on the punchline

The setting is half the joke. I would keep a western score under rides and saloon scenes, cut it on the punchline, and use meme sounds and zooms only on the moment that earns them, so the serious roleplayers stay serious and the joke lands harder.

Day and money counters for challenges

For a hundred-day run or a normal-life challenge, a small card with the day and the money, always in the same corner and the same style, would mark every time skip and carry from episode to episode.

End on the crashout, or on the ban

These stories have a natural ending: the target loses it, quits the server or bans you. I would build toward that moment, give it room, and end the video soon after it instead of trailing into the next ride.

Roleplay movies and story essays

For a roleplay movie I would line up every player’s recording by its audio and cut it like a film. For an essay about Arthur’s story, your script and voice go down first and cutscenes and gameplay are cut under each line, as in my documentary work for The Spy Show.

Closest real examples of my gaming work

Long-form videos I edited, chosen because their format is closest to a Red Dead video: HyperCookiie’s disguise trolls, Brookhaven RP stories for Todd and BloxWorld TV, a day-count challenge for Crazz and a full movie for Swaylemc. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

None of these is Red Dead Redemption 2. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited Red Dead Redemption 2 videos before?

No, I haven’t edited Red Dead Redemption 2 videos for a client yet. My long-form gaming work is Roblox (Rex & Alexa, Mud), Minecraft (Puff, Swaylemc’s full movies), horror games and Madden tournaments, all listed on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own Red Dead Redemption 2 footage is how you judge my Red Dead Redemption 2 edit before paying anything.

Can you edit my Red Dead Redemption 2 videos?

Yes. Send the raw recording of one roleplay session or one challenge, with your microphone on its own track if you can, and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.

Can you edit Red Dead RP trolling videos?

Yes. I would set up the character and the plan first, subtitle the voice chat, keep each reaction whole and end on the crashout. A note of the best moments in a long session helps me find them faster.

Do you also edit GTA RP?

Yes, as capacity too: I haven’t edited GTA RP for a client yet either. My GTA page explains how I would cut it; many RP channels upload both games, and the same editing style carries over.

Can you keep a long RP session to 15 or 20 minutes?

Yes. Most of the work is choosing: I would keep the scenes that build the troll and drop the riding between them, so a two-hour session becomes one story. Up to 20 finished minutes is the $150 package.

How much does a Red Dead Redemption 2 YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
