Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?

Video types
Hunts for Secret and Forgotten fish, rod and bait progression, noob to pro runs from the starter rod, luck builds and Robux spending, events and boss fish, island index runs, update and admin-event streams, fishing with friends
Editing style
What I would do for Fish It: the cast, reel and sell grind compressed under one card for rod, luck and money; every rare catch cut on the frame and held; boat rides and menus trimmed; update news first. My two Fish It videos for DakBlox are a first session and a luck build
Video length
Fish It videos on the channels I measured run 5 to 36 minutes (median 17 across 14 recent Fish It uploads from kanu, Nakaboo and Awvexel, measured on Oct 13, 2026), and updates are often streamed for hours. My two for DakBlox run 13 and 16 minutes, so most Fish It videos fit the $150 package, and the ones past 20 minutes, 6 of the 14 I measured, the $300 one. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
Upload schedule
One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
Format
Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
What you send me
Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
Estimated price
About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
Channel size
From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)

My experience and Roblox Fish It, plainly

Why me

What Fish It channels upload in October 2026

Fish It is a Roblox fishing simulator by Fish Atelier: you charge the cast, click fast to reel in, sell the catch and buy better rods, bait and boats to reach new islands, with Secret and Forgotten fish at the rare end. On October 13, 2026, Roblox counted about 66,000 players in Fish It at the same moment (15th on its Top Playing Now chart) and 4.78 billion visits on the game’s page. It is not Fisch, the older fishing game it is inspired by, although YouTube search mixes the two.

I read the 12 latest uploads of kanu, Nakaboo and Awvexel the same day: 14 of those 36 videos were Fish It, 5 to 36 minutes long (median 17), and most of the rest were other Roblox games, above all Steal an Egg and Ride a Pet. The formats that keep coming back:

The big Roblox channels that covered Fish It when it took off, from September to November 2025 (mayrushart’s noob-to-master run, ViewSIM’s money guide and tips, Thinknoodles’ 24 hours against one minute with admin powers), have moved on: none of the 12 latest uploads of mayrushart, ViewSIM or Thinknoodles was Fish It on October 13, 2026. Noob-to-pro runs still hold the biggest numbers: in a YouTube search for Fish It videos over 20 minutes that day, four of the eight most-viewed were noob-to-pro runs, 21 to 44 minutes long.

How I’d edit your Fish It videos

I’ve edited two Fish It videos for DakBlox: a first session and a luck build. Several formats Fish It channels upload, noob-to-pro runs, admin-event streams and update videos, are new to me in this game, so below is the plan I would follow, with the Roblox work each step comes from.

The rod, the target fish and the goal before the first cast

A Fish It title promises one thing: a Forgotten fish, a new rod, the luckiest fisherman. I would show that goal and the rod you start with inside the first 30 seconds, the same rule I follow on Rex & Alexa’s challenge videos. In my second Fish It video for DakBlox the goal is in the title: becoming the luckiest fisherman.

The grind compressed under one card

Casting, reeling and selling repeat all session long. I would fold the grind into short montages and pin one card to a corner for the whole series, with the rod, the luck and the money, so anyone who jumps to the middle sees which rod you are on and how far the target fish is. In a run over several days, a day card marks each new session.

Rare catches cut on the frame, common fish never

When a Mythic, Secret or Forgotten fish bites, I would cut to the catch on the frame it lands, hold the rarity card and keep the reaction whole. Common fish never get that treatment, so the big catch stands out. Two of my videos are built around the same kind of reveal: DakBlox’s hunt for the rarest items in The Forge and Puff Blox’s Secret Lucky Block in Steal a Brainrot.

Boat rides, travel and menus trimmed

Sailing between islands, inventory screens and shop menus take real time in every session. I would keep the decision, what you buy and why, cut the scrolling, and give each new island a short name card the first time it shows up. DakBlox’s first Fish It video has that shape: a boat trip, then new islands and new rods.

Admin events and update streams cut to the catches

For a stream of several hours, I would open with the news, the new island, rod or Secret fish, then keep the moments the luck pays off and the reactions, and cut the waiting. News first, explanation second, as in the Roblox Rivals News episodes I cut for Mud, one of them about an admin abuse event. The closest format in my portfolio to a Fish It admin event is DakBlox’s owner commands video in Plants vs Brainrots.

Spending and spins: one sound, one card

Robux purchases, crate openings, egg rolls and wheel spins would get the same reveal sound and card every time, defined once and reused across the series. The game’s fishing sounds stay audible under your voice; memes and sound effects go on the funny moments, not on every cast.

Real Roblox Fish It videos I edited, plus the closest formats

First the two Fish It episodes from DakBlox; after them, four videos whose format is close: three other Roblox games and How to Fish played with friends. One minute of the nearest one tells you more than this page.

All of these are videos I edited, tracked on my YT Jobs profile. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited Roblox Fish It videos before?

Two so far. I’ve edited Fish It videos for DakBlox (82.6K subscribers): “ROBLOX FISH IT IS BLOWING UP...”, a first session up to a mythic fishing event, and a birthday luck build chasing a Secret fish, both listed on my YT Jobs profile. They are small videos, with 6,648 and 5,280 views. I haven’t edited noob-to-pro runs, admin-event streams or update videos in Fish It for a client yet, so a free 1-minute test on your footage is the fairer proof.

Can you edit my Roblox Fish It videos?

Yes. Record a normal session, from the first cast to the catch you were chasing, send it raw and I edit one minute of it for free; you judge the cut before paying. If you want Shorts of your best catches, I cut them from the long video.

Can you turn a long Fish It stream into a video?

Yes. Send the recording of your update or admin-event stream and I would open with the news, then keep the rare catches, the reactions and the moments the luck pays off, so a stream of several hours becomes a 15 to 30-minute video. A stream like that gets its own quote after the free test, since there are hours of footage to watch. A Fish It stream is not in my portfolio yet; the longest finished videos I have edited are Swaylemc’s full movies, close to four hours.

Do you edit Fisch videos too?

Not yet. Fisch is a different Roblox fishing game, and Fish It is inspired by it, so the loop is close: cast, catch, sell, better rod. I would cut a Fisch video the same way, with that game’s own rods and islands named on screen. YouTube search mixes the two, so the title and the text on screen should name the right one.

Do you edit other Roblox games like Steal an Egg?

Yes. I’ve edited a Steal an Egg video for Rex & Alexa, Steal a Brainrot for Rex & Alexa, DakBlox, Puff Blox and Todd XD, Grow a Garden for Puff Blox, and Plants vs Brainrots and The Forge for DakBlox. More on my Steal a Brainrot editor page and my Grow a Garden editor page.

How much does a Roblox Fish It YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
