Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?

Video types
“I Spent 100 Days in” runs in Ark, Terraria, Cobblemon, Rust, Minecraft and other survival games, themed worlds (one biome, one block, a modpack), duo runs and rival runs, building a base or a zoo in 100 days, other clocks (24 hours, 21 days, one year)
Editing style
What I would do for 100 Days videos: a day counter that never moves, the milestones chosen before the cut, the voiceover recorded afterwards as the spine, base building as time-lapses, the deaths and close calls kept whole and a final tour of what you built. Close to the timed survival I edit for Rex & Alexa and Crazz and Swaylemc’s long movies
Video length
100 Days videos are long (Mozi’s recent runs about 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 35, Granty’s about 2 hours 15 to 3 hours 15, measured on Oct 18, 2026), so they get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
Upload schedule
One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
Format
Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
What you send me
Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
Estimated price
About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
Channel size
From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
Turnaround
First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
Track record
Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.

My experience and 100 Days, plainly

What big 100 Days channels upload in October 2026

Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent videos of three channels built on the format: Granty (all 12 are 100 Days in Ark, about 2 hours 15 to 3 hours 15 each), Mozi (all 12 are 100 Days in Minecraft Hardcore, about 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 35) and Cryptozoology (100 Days runs and realistic Minecraft builds, 30 minutes to about an hour and 20). A YouTube search the same day showed new 100 Days uploads outside Minecraft too: Terraria with a modpack (spork), Cobblemon duos (Woocified) and Romestead (Rogue). The formats that keep coming back:

How I would edit your 100 Days videos

No 100 Days channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan for your video. Each point comes from real work of mine: Rex & Alexa’s timed challenges, Crazz’s 99 Nights in the Forest, Puff’s survival videos and Swaylemc’s full movies.

Pick the milestones before cutting

From many hours of play, maybe 20 days deserve real screen time. I would list the milestones with you first (first night, first base, the boss, the disaster, the final build), give those days room and let the rest pass in seconds, so the video has a story and not a diary.

A day counter that never moves

Day 37 of 100, in the same corner and style for the whole video, ticking fast through the skipped days. It is the same kind of counter I keep in Roblox challenge series, and in this format it is the spine of the video.

The voiceover tells the story

Most 100 Days videos are narrated afterwards. I would build the edit on that voiceover, matching every line to the clip that proves it, and use your live reactions only at the big moments, the way narration carries Swaylemc’s long movies.

Building as time-lapse, danger in real time

Gathering and building go into time-lapses with a before and after. When something threatens the run (a raid, a boss, a fall in hardcore) the edit slows back to real time, so viewers feel the risk.

Deaths and close calls kept whole

In hardcore a death ends the run, so every close call is a scene. I would keep them whole with your reaction, then a short beat of quiet before the next day starts.

A final tour and the numbers

The payoff is what you built and what you collected. I would end on a tour of the base or the zoo, with a short card of the final count (tames, items, levels), and close the video soon after.

Chapters by day for a two-hour video

For long runs I would add YouTube chapters every ten days or at each milestone, level the loudness across hours of footage and keep one style of titles from day 1 to day 100.

Closest real examples of my gaming work

Five videos from my work for Rex & Alexa, Crazz, Puff and Swaylemc, chosen because their format sits closest to a 100 Days run: a 21-day timed challenge, 24 hours of survival, the “here’s what happened” title, surviving 99 nights and a multi-hour full movie. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

None of these is 100 Days. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited 100 Days videos before?

No, I haven’t edited 100 Days videos for a client yet. My long-form gaming work is Roblox (Rex & Alexa, Mud), Minecraft (Puff, Swaylemc’s full movies), horror games and Madden tournaments, all listed on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own 100 Days footage is how you judge my 100 Days edit before paying anything.

Can you edit my 100 Days videos?

Yes. Send a few days of raw footage (or your voiceover and the clips for one section) and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos from 10 minutes to several hours and cut Shorts from them if you want them.

How do you handle 30 or 40 hours of footage?

Send it with your notes or timestamps for the days that matter. I would agree the milestones with you, cut those first and compress everything else with the day counter running.

Do you edit 100 Days in games other than Minecraft?

Yes, the method is the same in Ark, Terraria, Cobblemon or Rust. My closest work is in Roblox and Minecraft, so start with the free 1-minute test on your game.

Is this the same as your Minecraft 100 Days page?

Close. My Minecraft page is about Minecraft runs only; this one is about the format in any game.

How much does a 100 Days YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.

Send me your 100 Days footage

Send me your channel link and one raw recording through the contact form. I’ll edit one minute of it for free and reply with an exact quote.
