Hypixel SkyBlock YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Roblox Rivals News for Mud; I haven’t edited Hypixel SkyBlock videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.

9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Progression series by episodes on a new profile, ironman and skill-locked challenges, update news and alpha previews, money making guides, beginner and progression guides, rare drop hunts, community stories (banned players, broken economies) told like a documentary
- Editing style
- What I would do for Hypixel SkyBlock: coins, profit and gear on clean counters, tooltips zoomed so they read on a phone, a gear recap at the start of each episode, the grind compressed and the rare drop at real speed, and news that shows the change first. Close to the Roblox Rivals News format I cut every week for Mud
- Video length
- SkyBlock series episodes run 20 minutes to almost an hour on Toadstar0’s channel, and community stories 10 to 36 minutes on HellCastle & Tylerrrr’s (measured on Oct 18, 2026), so they land in the $150 or $300 package; short news of 3 to 15 minutes fits the $55 or $150 package. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Hypixel SkyBlock for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “SECRET Skin Update...... (Roblox Rivals News) + New Code” on Mud (1.26M subscribers), 609.8K views; “NEW RANKED UPDATE... (Roblox Rivals News) 🔥” on Mud (1.26M subscribers), 83.4K views
My experience and Hypixel SkyBlock, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Hypixel SkyBlock itself: its economy, the item names and stats a SkyBlock player checks, and which part of a dungeon or slayer run is worth showing. My news work is Roblox Rivals for Mud, and my Minecraft work is horror mods, survival with friends and full movies.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Hypixel SkyBlock footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Update news every week: 258 Roblox Rivals News videos for Mud, the same job as SkyBlock news: show the change, explain why it matters, move on.
- A weekly Minecraft series for Puff, 160 videos, the rhythm of a progression series that comes back every week.
What big Hypixel SkyBlock channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 latest videos of Toadstar0, HellCastle & Tylerrrr and Derailious, three channels with three different SkyBlock formats.
- Progression series by episode: all 12 of Toadstar0’s latest uploads are episodes of one season on a new profile (“How I DESTROYED the Early Dungeons... (Hypixel Skyblock Season 3) #11”), 20 minutes to almost an hour each.
- News on updates and alphas: Derailious’s “(Hypixel Skyblock News)” videos, from 3 to 28 minutes, next to a challenge series (“Skyblock Skill Locked”).
- Community stories told like a documentary: “Hypixel Skyblock’s Most Banned Player”, “How Aura Broke Skyblock”, 10 to 36 minutes.
Search results add ironman runs, money making guides and beginner guides. Every format shares one problem for the editor: the story lives in numbers, menus and tooltips that are hard to read on a phone.
How I would edit your Hypixel SkyBlock videos
No Hypixel SkyBlock channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Mud’s weekly Roblox Rivals News, Puff’s weekly Minecraft videos and the documentaries I cut for THE SPY SHOW.
Numbers you can read
SkyBlock progress is coins, profit per hour and stats. I would put the numbers that matter on a clean counter in the same corner every episode, and animate the jump when a sale or a drop changes them, so viewers feel the progress instead of squinting at the chat.
Tooltips zoomed for a phone
Half the story is in menus. When you hover an item or open the auction house, I would zoom into the tooltip or the price for a second, so it reads on a phone screen, then pull back to the game.
A gear recap, then the goal
Episode 14 of a season needs context. I would open with a 20-second recap of the profile (gear, coins, the last big step) and state the goal of the episode, so the episode works for a viewer who just found the series.
Grind compressed, the drop at real speed
Slayers and farming repeat for hours. I would compress the grind with a timer and a kill or crop count, and give the rare drop its real speed, its sound and your reaction, the way rare finds are the payoff in the Roblox videos I edit.
News: the change first
For update and alpha news, I would show the change on screen first (the new item, the patch line, the before and after), then your explanation of why it matters, then the next change, the same order I use every week in Mud’s Roblox Rivals News.
Community stories built on a script
For a story about a banned player or a broken economy, I would build the edit on your script: each claim matched to the proof on screen (a chat message, a price history, the item), and slow, clean pacing, as in the documentaries for THE SPY SHOW.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Four videos I edited whose format sits closest to Hypixel SkyBlock: two Roblox Rivals News episodes for Mud, a rare find video for Puff Blox and a documentary built on a script for THE SPY SHOW. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Hypixel SkyBlock. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Hypixel SkyBlock videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Hypixel SkyBlock videos for a client yet. I edit Roblox Rivals News for Mud every week, long-form Minecraft for Puff and script-based documentaries for THE SPY SHOW, all on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on one of your episodes shows you how I would cut your SkyBlock videos before you pay anything.
Can you edit my Hypixel SkyBlock videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of one episode with your voice, plus the items or numbers you want readable, and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying.
Can you edit a weekly SkyBlock series?
Yes. I would set the title card, the episode number, the counters and the recap once and reuse them every week, the way I keep one format for Mud’s weekly news. The first video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days per video.
Can you edit SkyBlock news fast after an update?
Yes. News works best when it is quick: after the first video, I deliver in 1 to 2 days. Send the footage as soon as you record it and tell me the deadline.
Is this the same as Minecraft Skyblock?
No. Minecraft Skyblock is survival on a small island in the void; Hypixel SkyBlock is a server game with its own economy, updates and progression, so it needs a different edit.
How much does a Hypixel SkyBlock YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
