Minecraft Skyblock YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. My closest work is Puff’s One Block survival videos; I haven’t edited Minecraft Skyblock videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.

9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Skyblock survival on hardcore, Skyblock with a twist (random drops, no start chest, every horror mod), the hardest or “true” Skyblock maps, beating the game or every advancement from one island, Skyblock with friends or a group of creators, long Skyblock full movies
- Editing style
- What I would do for Skyblock: the island and the void established in the first shot, a tally of every new resource, aerial before and after shots as the island grows, the grind compressed and the falls cut on the slip. Close to Puff’s One Block survival videos
- Video length
- Skyblock runs upload long: Wisp’s recent videos run 18 minutes to 1 hour 45 and Skillux’s 1 to 2 and a half hours (measured on Oct 18, 2026), so they land in the $300 package or get a custom quote; 15 to 30-minute twists fit the $150 or $300 package. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Minecraft Skyblock for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “I Survived Tax Man In One Block Minecraft” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 69.9K views; “2 Idiots Survive One Block Horror in Minecraft” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 79.4K views
My experience and Minecraft Skyblock, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Skyblock itself: the classic island map, cobblestone generators, and the order of progress a Skyblock viewer expects. My closest work is One Block for Puff, which starts from a single block instead of an island.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft Skyblock footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- One Block survival already edited for Puff: three videos from 26 to 50 minutes where the world starts from almost nothing, the closest format to Skyblock.
- Long Minecraft survival every week: 160 videos for Puff, and Swaylemc’s full movies for runs that last hours.
What big Skyblock channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from the latest videos of three channels that run Skyblock regularly: iswho, Wisp and Skillux, plus the top YouTube search results for Skyblock that day.
- Skyblock with a twist: “Minecraft Skyblock, But Drops Are Random...” (34 minutes).
- The hardest map on hardcore: “I BEAT the HARDEST SKYBLOCK in Minecraft Hardcore”, almost 2 and a half hours.
- Long day-count runs on hardcore Skyblock, around 30 minutes on iswho’s channel and over an hour elsewhere.
- Very long runs of the original idea: “Can you beat the TRUE Skyblock?”, over 3 and a half hours; CaseOh’s “I Played Minecraft Skyblock…”, almost 2 hours.
- Groups of creators sharing one island, built like a social experiment.
The appeal is always the same: a small island, the void below and nothing to waste, so the edit has to make every new block feel earned.
How I would edit your Minecraft Skyblock videos
No Skyblock channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do, mostly Puff’s One Block survival videos, plus the challenge pacing of Puff’s other Minecraft videos and Swaylemc’s full movies.
The island and the void in the first shot
Skyblock is a picture: a tiny island above nothing. I would open on a wide shot that shows how small the island is and how far down the void goes, then state the rule or the twist in one line, so the challenge is clear before the first block is mined.
Every new resource counts
On an island, the first sapling, the first lava bucket or the first cobblestone generator is an event. I would mark each one with a small, consistent pop-up and keep a tally in the same corner, so viewers track the progress the way you feel it.
Before and after from above
The island growing is the reward. At each milestone I would add an aerial shot from the same position, so the viewer sees the island go from one tree to a base, the way Puff’s One Block videos come back to the block to show how far it has grown.
The grind compressed, the falls kept
Waiting for trees and mining cobblestone is long. I would compress it with a time counter and keep the comments that explain the plan, and cut every fall into the void on the slip, with the reaction left whole, because falling is the danger of the format.
A twist explained before it bites
For random drops or a horror mod on Skyblock, I would show the twist working once in the first minute, then let it surprise the viewer again later, so they understand the rule and still laugh or jump when it hits.
Long runs with chapters
For a one to three hour Skyblock run, I would add YouTube chapters by stage (island, nether, end), level the loudness across the whole video and keep one style of titles throughout, the way I keep Swaylemc’s full movies consistent for hours.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Four Minecraft videos I edited, chosen because their format sits closest to Skyblock: three One Block survival videos for Puff and a random drops challenge for Skeppy. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Minecraft Skyblock. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Minecraft Skyblock videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Minecraft Skyblock videos for a client yet. I edit Puff’s One Block survival videos, where the world starts from a single block, and long-form Minecraft for Puff and Swaylemc, all on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own Skyblock footage shows you how I would cut it before you pay anything.
Can you edit my Minecraft Skyblock videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of one Skyblock run with your voice, plus the rule or twist of the video, and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form, from 15-minute challenges to runs of several hours.
Can you edit a Skyblock run that lasts several hours?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. I would add chapters by stage, a resource tally that stays the same all video and aerial before and after shots, so a long run still feels like steady progress.
Is this for Hypixel SkyBlock too?
No, this page is about Skyblock survival maps. Hypixel SkyBlock is a different game with its own economy, updates and progression series, so it needs a different edit. Tell me which one you play when you send your footage.
Is One Block the same as Skyblock?
Not exactly: One Block starts from a single block that keeps giving new blocks, Skyblock starts from a small island. The edit is close (scarce resources, the void, slow growth), which is why I show my One Block work for Puff here.
How much does a Minecraft Skyblock YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
