My experience and Minecraft VR, plainly

Why me

What big Minecraft VR channels upload in 2026

Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 latest videos of Vrumpo, Fearfein and Ryan Clifford (who mixes Minecraft VR with other VR games).

The draw of VR is the body: players duck, grab and turn around in real life, and the edit has to show that, not just the game.

How I edit Minecraft VR videos

This is how I cut the Minecraft VR horror videos I’ve edited for Puff, and the Roblox VR videos for HyperCookiie. Where VR asks for something I haven’t done yet, such as a full movie, I say how I would do it.

Pick the steadiest view

Headset footage moves with every turn of the head. For each scene I pick the view that reads best (a steadier player, a flat-screen friend, a spectator camera), and keep the shaky first-person view for the moments where the shake is the point, like running away.

The body is the show

Players watch VR to see someone grab, duck and climb. I keep those moves in full instead of cutting them short, and when there is a room or face camera, I bring it in as a small picture at the moment of the scare, so viewers see the real reaction.

Scare on the frame, reaction kept

The jumpscare is cut on the frame it appears, then I hold the reaction, physical and vocal, without trimming it to save a second. It is the same rule as in Puff’s flat horror videos, but in VR the reaction is longer and more physical, so it gets more room.

Switch to whoever sees it

In a group of three or four, only one player sees the monster first. I cut to that player’s view the moment they see it, then back to the others as they turn, so the viewer feels the scare spread through the group, the way Puff’s “2 Idiots” and “3 Idiots” videos follow both voices.

Clean the headset mic

VR mics pick up breathing, footsteps and the room. I clean that noise, keep screams strong but not painful, and leave the horror mod’s sounds clear, so the audio feels close without being tiring for 40 minutes.

Full movies with chapters

For a VR full movie of one to two hours, I would recut the episodes into one film with chapters, remove repeated intros and keep one music arc. I edit long films already: Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies run up to almost four hours.

Real Minecraft VR videos I edited, plus the closest formats

Two real Minecraft VR videos from Puff’s channel, plus VR videos in other games for HyperCookiie (Roblox) and ashlele (Dress To Impress), and a trio horror hunt for Puff. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

All of these are videos I edited, tracked on my YT Jobs profile. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited Minecraft VR videos before?

Yes. I’ve edited Minecraft VR videos for Puff (1.83M subscribers): horror mods played in VR, 31 and 45 minutes long, and VR videos in Roblox and Dress To Impress for HyperCookiie and ashlele, all on my YT Jobs profile. I haven’t edited a VR full movie yet; the free 1-minute test edit on your own VR footage shows you how I would cut it.

Can you edit my Minecraft VR videos?

Yes. Send a few minutes of raw VR footage (every player’s recording if you play as a group, and your room camera if you have one) and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying.

Can you fix shaky VR footage?

Mostly by choosing well: for each scene I pick the steadiest view, and I can smooth a shaky clip a little. If you record a smoothed spectator view or a flat-screen friend, send it too; it is the best footage for calm scenes.

Can you add my real-life camera to the VR footage?

Yes. I put the room or face camera in a small window and bring it up at the scares and the physical moments, so viewers see both the game and your reaction. Send it as a separate file.

Can you edit a VR full movie?

Yes, though it is not in my portfolio yet. I would recut the episodes into one film with chapters and one music arc. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote; Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies, which I edit, run up to almost four hours.

How much does a Minecraft VR YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.

Send me your Minecraft VR footage

Send me your channel link and one raw recording through the contact form. I’ll edit one minute of it for free and reply with an exact quote.
