Video types
SMP civil wars in parts with a finale, joining the strongest team or faction, rising to rule a server, betrayals and assassinations, huge battles with many players, wars on hardcore servers, recap videos that explain every conflict on a server
Editing style
What I would do for a war SMP: the factions and the map set up in the first minutes, the narration carrying the story, each battle cut on the hit and shown from the angle that tells it best, and a finale that ends soon after the war is decided. Close to the way I cut Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies
Video length
War SMP stories on the big channels run about 45 minutes to 2 hours, and the biggest wars run close to 4 hours (Parrot’s recent uploads 49 minutes to 2 hours 12, Wemmbu’s 37 minutes to 4 hours, GalaxyIsDum’s 43 minutes to 1 hour 14, measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
Upload schedule
One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
Format
Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
What you send me
Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
Estimated price
About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
Channel size
From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
Turnaround
First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
Track record
Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.

My experience and Minecraft war SMP, plainly

Why me

What big war SMP channels upload in 2026

Measured on October 18, 2026, from the 12 most recent long videos of Parrot, Wemmbu and GalaxyIsDum, plus YouTube searches for war SMPs. Parrot’s run from 49 minutes to 2 hours 12, Wemmbu’s from 37 minutes to 4 hours, and GalaxyIsDum’s from 43 minutes to 1 hour 14. What keeps coming back:

How I would edit your Minecraft war SMP videos

No war SMP channel has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan for your video. Each point comes from work I already do: Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies, Roblox Rivals fights for Mud and goatt and group videos for Puff and Rex & Alexa.

Sides and map before the first fight

A war only works if viewers know who is fighting whom. I would set up the factions in the first minutes with one simple map and a colour for each side, reuse that map every time the front moves, and keep the colours on name tags all season.

The war promised in the first 30 seconds

A war title promises a battle. I would open on a few seconds of the biggest fight or the betrayal, then go back to how it started, the rule I follow on every video: what the title and thumbnail promise shows up in the first 30 seconds.

The narration is the spine

War SMP videos are told. I would build the edit on your voiceover: each line gets the shot that proves it, the walks and the gear prep are trimmed to what matters, and before each battle one line says what is at stake, the way Swaylemc’s full movies hold for hours.

Battles from the right angle

In a big battle every player records a different fight. I would line up the recordings by their audio, follow the main character, cut to another angle only when it tells the moment better, and slow down the hit that turns the war, as in the team fights I cut for goatt.

Scale you can feel

When the hook is the largest war or army, I would open each battle with a wide shot of both sides, keep a small count of players left on each side, and let the crowd sound carry the charge, so viewers feel the size and not just read it.

Recaps for parts and finales

A civil war told in parts loses viewers who missed part one. I would open each part with a short recap (sides, losses, who betrayed whom), keep the same title cards across parts, and end the finale soon after the war is decided.

Chapters for 2-hour wars

For videos of 1 to 4 hours I would add YouTube chapters at each phase of the war, keep one loudness level from the quiet planning to the loudest battle, and one style of titles throughout. Long uploads are familiar ground: Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies run up to almost four hours.

Closest real examples of my gaming work

Five videos I edited, chosen because their format sits closest to a war SMP story: Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movie, Roblox Rivals team fights and 1v1s for goatt and Mud, a group event for Rex & Alexa and a group hunt for Puff. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

None of these is Minecraft war SMP. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ

Have you edited Minecraft war SMP videos before?

No, I haven’t edited Minecraft war SMP videos for a client yet. My closest long-form work is Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies, Puff’s Minecraft videos with friends and Roblox Rivals fights for Mud and goatt, all on my YT Jobs profile. To see my cut on your own footage before you pay, ask for the free 1-minute test edit on one recording.

Can you edit my Minecraft war SMP videos?

Yes. Send one battle or one part as recorded, with every player’s recording you want used, your voiceover and your story notes, and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours.

Can you make a map and faction graphics?

Yes. I would build one simple map with a colour per side and reuse it every time the front moves, plus matching name tags, so your whole series looks the same from part one to the finale.

Can you edit a war told in several parts?

Yes. Each part gets a short recap at the start and the same title cards, and the finale ends soon after the war is decided. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote.

Is this the same as your SMP page?

Close, but not the same. My SMP page covers SMP stories in general; this one is about wars, where the edit has to keep sides, territory and many players’ recordings clear.

How much does a Minecraft war SMP YouTube editor cost?

My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.

Send me your Minecraft war SMP footage

Send me your channel link and one raw recording through the contact form. I’ll edit one minute of it for free and reply with an exact quote.
