Minecraft prison escape YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Rex & Alexa’s Roblox Prison Life and escape videos; I haven’t edited Minecraft prison escape videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Escapes from named high-security prisons, prison simulations with many players, villager prison escapes, getting jailed on an SMP and breaking out, building an inescapable prison for others
- Editing style
- What I would do for prison escapes: a tour of the prison before the plan, the plan as a checklist that gets ticked, digging and waiting compressed, the guard patrol at real speed and the alarm cut on the frame. Close to the way I cut Rex & Alexa’s escape videos
- Video length
- Prison escapes on big Minecraft channels run from about 20 minutes to two hours (SeaWattgaming’s recent uploads 12 minutes to 1 hour 17, Parrot’s 49 minutes to 2 hours 12, measured on Oct 18, 2026), so short ones land in the $300 package and most get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Minecraft prison escape for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “ROBLOX PRISON LIFE WITH ALEXA!” on Rex & Alexa (2.29M subscribers), 52.5K views; “ROBLOX ESCAPE ASYLUM WITH ALEXA! (FUNNY)” on Rex & Alexa (2.29M subscribers), 28.4K views
My experience and Minecraft prison escape, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Minecraft prison maps and their redstone security, and prison simulations with hundreds of players. My escape work so far is Roblox escapes and Minecraft horror survival.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft prison escape footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Escape videos are a regular format in my work for Rex & Alexa: prisons, asylums, rooms and zoos in Roblox.
- Long Minecraft stories every week for Puff, and Swaylemc’s full movies, the longest videos in my portfolio.
What big Minecraft prison channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from YouTube search and the 12 most recent videos of Parrot, SeaWattgaming and Wemmbu. Parrot’s run from 49 minutes to 2 hours 12, SeaWattgaming’s from 12 minutes to 1 hour 17 and Wemmbu’s from 37 minutes to 4 hours. The stories that repeat:
- Prison simulations with a crowd of players: an End prison and a mining prison, both uploaded by Parrot in the last month.
- Escaping one named, deadly prison: “Escaping Terminus: The Deadliest Minecraft Prison” (FlameFrags, 11 days ago, about two hours).
- Villager prisons: “I Escaped Villager City Prison..” (SeaWattgaming, a month ago).
- Getting jailed on an SMP and breaking out, as in Wemmbu’s “Escaping Prison on the Unstable SMP”.
They are heist stories: a prison, a plan, a guard and an escape, told over one long video.
How I would edit your Minecraft prison escape videos
No Minecraft prison escape client has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Rex & Alexa’s Roblox escape videos and the long Minecraft stories I edit for Puff and Swaylemc.
A tour of the prison before the plan
Viewers need to know the cell, the walls and the guards before the plan means anything. I would open with a short tour of the prison, labeling each layer of security once, then go back to the cell.
The plan as a checklist on screen
Escapes are a list of steps: the tool, the tunnel, the key, the gate. I would keep that list in one corner and tick each step as it happens, so a two-hour escape always shows how far along it is.
Digging compressed, the patrol in real time
Mining a tunnel or waiting for a shift change is cut down to seconds with a time counter. The moment the guard walks past the hole plays in real time, with the music down.
Getting caught, cut on the alarm
The alarm, the guard turning around, the cell door closing: I cut on that frame and hold the reaction, then a one-line reminder of what was lost before the next attempt.
Warden and prisoner on one timeline
If the guards or the warden recorded too, I would line up every recording by its audio and cut between both sides at the tense moments, the way a heist film shows the guard and the thief.
A crowd you can follow
In a prison simulation with many players I would follow three or four of them as characters, with name cards the first time they appear, and use the rest as the crowd.
Out, and then end
The escape builds to the last gate, the music cuts as the player breaks out, and the video ends soon after the climax instead of trailing off.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Five long-form videos from my work for Rex & Alexa, Puff and Swaylemc, chosen because their format sits closest to a prison escape. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.

FAQ
Have you edited Minecraft prison escape videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Minecraft prison escape videos for a client yet. My long-form gaming work is Roblox (Rex & Alexa, Mud), Minecraft (Puff, Swaylemc’s full movies), horror games and Madden tournaments, all listed on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft prison escape footage is how you judge my Minecraft prison escape edit before paying anything.
Can you edit my Minecraft prison escape videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of raw prison footage, with every player’s recording if there is more than one and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Can you edit a two-hour prison simulation?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote. I would follow a few prisoners as characters, split the story into chapters and keep the escape plan on screen so it never gets lost.
Do you edit “I built an inescapable prison” videos?
Yes. Then the build is the first act: the security shown layer by layer, and the escapes of the other players become the test of each layer.
Do you also edit Roblox prison games like Jailbreak?
Yes, my closest work is Roblox: Prison Life and escape videos for Rex & Alexa, and an earlier Jailbreak video for Neatzo. See my Jailbreak page.
How much does a Minecraft prison escape YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
