Minecraft hardcore series YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is long-form Minecraft survival for Puff; I haven’t edited a Minecraft hardcore series for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.

9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Hardcore series by episodes, Forever World starts and updates, hardcore projects (farms, mega bases, a whole mountain), team hardcore series on a shared world, day-count runs on hardcore, season recaps and full movies cut from many episodes
- Editing style
- What I would do for a hardcore series: the one life on screen (hearts, the near-death replayed), a short recap and the episode goal at the start, projects as a sped-up montage with a counter, and the same title card and music every episode. Close to the long Minecraft survival I edit for Puff
- Video length
- Hardcore episodes on big channels run about 20 minutes to 1 hour 27 (bentheboss, utters, Naugget and Rubik’s Dedsafio 4, measured on Oct 18, 2026), so most land in the $150 or $300 package; a whole world cut as a full movie runs 2 to 7 hours and gets a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Minecraft hardcore series for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “Surviving The Obsessed In Hardcore Minecraft” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 43.7K views; “I Survived Tax Man In One Block Minecraft” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 69.9K views
My experience and Minecraft hardcore series, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: A hardcore series by episodes or a Forever World that runs for months: keeping one style across many episodes of the same world, and recutting a season into a movie. My hardcore work so far is one video for Puff; my other Minecraft work is horror mods, survival with friends and full movies.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft hardcore series footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- One hardcore Minecraft video already edited for Puff: “Surviving The Obsessed In Hardcore Minecraft”, 34 minutes of staying alive on one life.
- A weekly rhythm with one recurring format: 160 videos for Puff and 258 Roblox Rivals News episodes for Mud, the same discipline a hardcore series needs.
What big hardcore series channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from the latest long videos of four channels built on hardcore Minecraft: bentheboss, utters, Naugget and Rubik. Their episodes run from about 20 minutes to 1 hour 27, and when a world ends up as one film it runs from 2 to almost 7 hours. What keeps coming back:
- The start of a Forever World, a world meant to last for years: “I’m Starting My Forever World in Minecraft Hardcore”, “My perfect start in Minecraft Hardcore”.
- One big project per episode: “I Built a REAL Mountain in Minecraft Hardcore”, giant farms, a working Nether portal.
- Team series by episodes, numbered like a season: Rubik’s Dedsafio 4, sold as “The most difficult Hardcore series of the year”.
- The whole world recut as a full movie of several hours once enough days have passed.
The rule that shapes the edit is the same everywhere: one death ends the world, so every risk on screen is real.
How I would edit your Minecraft hardcore series
No hardcore series has reached me as a full season yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Puff’s Minecraft survival (one hardcore video included), Mud’s weekly Rivals News format and Swaylemc’s full movies.
One life, always on screen
In hardcore the hearts are the story. I would keep the health bar readable when danger rises, replay the near-death once from a second angle if you recorded one, and leave the reaction whole after it. It is how the tension of “Surviving The Obsessed In Hardcore Minecraft” for Puff holds for 34 minutes.
A 20-second recap, then the goal of the episode
A viewer who lands on episode 14 has to understand the world fast. I would open each episode with a short recap of where the world stands (base, gear, the last close call), then state today’s goal in one line, so the episode works for new viewers and for the regulars.
Projects as a montage with a counter
A mega farm or a mountain is hours of placing blocks. I would turn the build into a sped-up montage that slows down for each milestone, with a counter of blocks, items or days in the same corner every episode, and keep your comments that explain why the project matters.
The same series look, every episode
A series is recognised by its title card, its episode number, its music and its sounds. I would define them once and reuse them every week, the way I keep one format for Mud’s Roblox Rivals News, so the series looks like a series and not a pile of uploads.
Danger cut close to real time
Caves, raids, the Warden and the End fight are where a world can end. I would cut the travel before them hard and leave the dangerous minutes almost at real speed, with the music dropping out just before the risk, so the viewer feels that a mistake ends everything.
If the world dies, the death is the ending
If you die, I would build the episode toward that moment: the warning signs before it, the death at real speed, a beat of silence and the final stats on screen. The video should end soon after, while the loss still hurts.
A season recut as a full movie
When the world has enough episodes, I would recut them into one film with chapters by era, a single music arc and the repeated recaps removed. Long films are familiar ground: Swaylemc’s Minecraft full movies run up to almost four hours.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Four long Minecraft videos I edited, chosen for their format: the hardcore survival for Puff, two long survival runs for Puff and Boffy with Skeppy, and one of Swaylemc’s full movies. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your series.
None of these is Minecraft hardcore series. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Minecraft hardcore series videos before?
Not a hardcore series yet: I haven’t edited a Minecraft hardcore series for a client yet. I edited one hardcore Minecraft video for Puff (“Surviving The Obsessed In Hardcore Minecraft”), and I edit Puff’s long Minecraft survival videos and Swaylemc’s full movies, all on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on one of your episodes shows you how I would cut your series.
Can you edit my Minecraft hardcore series videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of one episode with your voice and the title of the episode, and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form, from 20-minute episodes to full movies of several hours.
Can you keep the same style across a whole season?
Yes. I would set the title card, episode number, counter, music and sounds once, save them as a template and reuse them every episode, the way I keep one format for Mud’s weekly Roblox Rivals News.
Can you turn my episodes into a full movie later?
Yes. I would recut the episodes into one film with chapters, remove the repeated recaps and intros, and give it one music arc. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote.
Is this the same as your day-count survival page?
Close, but not the same. My day-count survival page is about one video built on a day counter; this page is about a series that goes on episode after episode, or a Forever World that lasts for months.
How much does a Minecraft hardcore series YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
