Minecraft zombie apocalypse YouTube video editor for hire
I’m Kevin Tabares, a long-form YouTube editor. I edit long-form gaming for 1.26M–2.29M-subscriber channels (Mud, Puff, Rex & Alexa) and can edit yours: $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. My closest work is Puff’s Minecraft survival horror and Swaylemc’s full movies; I haven’t edited Minecraft zombie apocalypse videos for a client yet, so start with a free 1-minute test.
Free 1-minute test edit · From $55 per video · No contract · Revisions back within 24 h
9.8/10 average: 20 YT Jobs reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them a perfect 10/10
Quick fit check: is this editor right for your channel?
- Video types
- Day-count hardcore runs in zombie, parasite and fungus modpacks, realistic apocalypses with guns and vehicles, group simulations of an outbreak, themed locations, base defence against hordes
- Editing style
- What I would do for a zombie apocalypse: the outbreak on screen in the first seconds, looting and building compressed, sieges at real speed, a recurring card that shows how the zombies have changed and silence when the lights go out. Close to the way I cut Puff’s survival horror
- Video length
- Zombie apocalypse runs on big channels are long: ShadowMech’s recent uploads run 52 minutes to 4 hours and Forge Labs’ 55 minutes to almost 4 hours (measured on Oct 18, 2026), so almost all get a custom quote. I also edit longer: Swaylemc’s full movies on my YT Jobs profile run 60 to 234 minutes.
- Upload schedule
- One video only, 1 video per week, 2–3 videos per week, 4 videos per month or several a week (Mud: about 3 a week). Start with one pilot: the free 1-minute test edit.
- Format
- Long-form YouTube videos are the core. YouTube Shorts cut from each long video on request.
- What you send me
- Gameplay and voice recording, ready to edit, or long recordings that need trimming and story building. Separate mic tracks help.
- Estimated price
- About $55 to $150 per finished video (up to $300 for some long or complex edits), depending on length, raw footage and effects. That fits the ‘$50+’ and ‘$100–$300 per video’ boxes for most long videos. Four videos a month: about $220 to $600 (more for long or complex videos); a $500 a month budget usually covers two to four long videos, depending on length. Exact quote within 24 hours, after a free 1-minute test edit.
- Channel size
- From under 1K subscribers (Mr. Marticson, 834) and small to mid-size channels (ThatNoob 4.9K, Crazz 10.7K, DakBlox 82.6K: 0 to 2M+ views in six months) up to 2M+ (Rex 2.29M, Puff 1.83M, Mud 1.26M)
- Turnaround
- First video in 1 to 5 days, then 1 to 2 days; revisions back within 24 hours
- Track record
- Proven YouTube results: 1,250 videos tracked on YT Jobs and 20 reviews from 19 client channels, 17 of them 10/10. Long-term work: Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Who you work with
- Kevin Tabares, directly. I review every video before it reaches you.
- Channel language
- English or Spanish
- Terms
- Paid in USD by PayPal or USDC. No contract, no minimum.
- Closest proof
- I haven’t edited Minecraft zombie apocalypse for a client yet. Closest long-form work: “Surviving 99 Nights in Minecraft's Evil Forest” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 111.4K views; “Surviving The Wither Storm From Outer Space..” on Puff (1.83M subscribers), 206.4K views
My experience and Minecraft zombie apocalypse, plainly
- Proven: My YT Jobs profile tracks 1,250+ videos and 147M+ views, with 20 client reviews averaging 9.8/10. I edit for Mud (1.26M subscribers), Puff (1.83M) and Rex & Alexa (2.29M); for Mud since March 2025, about 3 videos a week.
- Not proven yet: Zombie and gun modpacks themselves, and three- and four-hour runs built from tens of hours of play. My Minecraft survival work so far is horror mods with friends and full movies.
- How to check it before paying: The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft zombie apocalypse footage, before you pay anything.
Why me
- Minecraft survival horror is the core of my work for Puff: a creature, a group of friends and a fight to stay alive, several times a week.
What big Minecraft zombie apocalypse channels upload in 2026
Measured on October 18, 2026, from YouTube search and the 12 most recent videos of ShadowMech, Forge Labs and Wisp. ShadowMech’s run from 52 minutes to 4 hours, Forge Labs’ from 55 minutes to almost 4 hours and Wisp’s from 18 minutes to 1 hour 45. The formats that repeat:
- Hardcore day-count runs in an evolving outbreak: zombies, parasites, fungus, bacteria (ShadowMech and Forge Labs, every month or two).
- Realistic apocalypses with weapons, vehicles and scarce supplies: “I Survived a Realistic Zombie Apocalypse in Minecraft...” (Wisp, a week ago).
- Groups of top players simulating an apocalypse together, as in Forge Labs’ “Minecraft’s Best Players Simulate a TRUE Zombie Apocalypse”.
- An apocalypse in a themed place: a ship, a frozen city, a ruined power plant.
Small channels break through too: Day Zero’s first upload, a 52-minute realistic apocalypse, came out 10 days ago.
How I would edit your Minecraft zombie apocalypse videos
No zombie apocalypse client has sent me footage yet, so read this as my plan. Each point comes from work I already do: Puff’s Minecraft survival horror and Swaylemc’s full movies.
The outbreak before the title card
The first zombie, the first bite or the first night under attack goes in the first seconds, then back to the calm before it started. What the title promises shows up in the first 30 seconds, every time.
Looting fast, sieges slow
Searching houses and building walls is compressed with a time counter. When the horde hits the base, the cut slows to real time and stays on the defence until it holds or breaks.
A card for how the threat has changed
Evolving outbreaks get stronger over time. I would bring back the same short card each time the zombies change (faster, armoured, infected animals), so viewers feel the clock without a lecture.
Supplies you can read
Food, ammo and health decide everything. I would zoom on the inventory or the health bar at the moments they matter instead of leaving viewers to squint at a corner of the screen.
Silence when the lights go out
Groans stay as a quiet bed under the whole video. When night falls or the generator dies, the music drops out entirely for a second, and the attack lands on the cut, the way a scare lands in Puff’s videos.
Hours of play into chapters
A three-hour run gets YouTube chapters at each turning point, one style of titles from start to end and loudness levelled so the final fight is not louder than the first night.
Closest real examples of my gaming work
Five long-form videos from my work for Puff, Swaylemc and Cheesymembey, chosen because their format sits closest to a zombie apocalypse run: survival against something that keeps coming, in Minecraft and Roblox. Watch the first minute of the one closest to your format.
None of these is Minecraft zombie apocalypse. Views from the YouTube Data API on Oct 13, 2026; links open the video on YouTube.

FAQ
Have you edited Minecraft zombie apocalypse videos before?
No, I haven’t edited Minecraft zombie apocalypse videos for a client yet. My long-form gaming work is Roblox (Rex & Alexa, Mud), Minecraft (Puff, Swaylemc’s full movies), horror games and Madden tournaments, all listed on my YT Jobs profile. The free 1-minute test edit on your own Minecraft zombie apocalypse footage is how you judge my Minecraft zombie apocalypse edit before paying anything.
Can you edit my Minecraft zombie apocalypse videos?
Yes. Send a few minutes of raw zombie apocalypse footage, with your narration if you record it afterwards and I edit one minute of it for free, so you can judge the cut before paying. I edit long-form videos, from 10 minutes to full movies of several hours, and cut Shorts from them if you want them.
Can you cut 20 hours of play into a two-hour video?
Yes. Videos over 35 minutes get a custom quote, based on the length of the final video and the hours of footage. Tell me the target length and the moments you want kept, and I build the story around them.
Do you edit narrated runs recorded after playing?
Yes. The narration becomes the spine of the edit and every line gets the shot that proves it. Live commentary works too; then I cut around your reactions.
Is this the same as your 100 Days page?
Close. My 100 Days page is about day-count runs of any kind; this one is about the outbreak itself: sieges, supplies and a threat that keeps changing.
How much does a Minecraft zombie apocalypse YouTube editor cost?
My price is $55–$150 per finished video depending on complexity; up to $300 for some long or complex edits. By finished length: up to 10 minutes $55, up to 20 minutes $150, up to 35 minutes $300; longer videos get a custom quote. No contract and no minimum.
